Abstract

Women rights are those which are given to the women equally of either married or unmarried from the belongings concerned to her and she owns her. She has full freedom to consume/use as she wishes and when we look towards the old civilizations and nations they differ in their ideas/ opinions towards the woman. Some of the civilizations given her rights and some other deprived her and put her under the cruelty, but she is an important element for any society and played her  active role in different periods and still active in field of rule/legislation and the politics and in motivating the qualitical moments and Allah Almighty has created or men and women to help everyone further as Allah has conquered for both of them all the tools and method to spend the life and to flourish on the earth as He demanded all the prophet with shariash to protect her relation and rewarded both of them to consume the product of these efforts for to search Allah Subhan Watallah which made the man for sake of her indeed. Human rights is not the human issue neither it is a national issue connecting in the different political and national economic and social fields. For that we want to highlight the issue  of women rights in west and in Islam with accuracy and concentration and we compare the rights of women which Islam given her and which International organization has agreed for her we divided  our research paper in three subchapters accordingly.
