Abstract

This paper address the jurisprudence rule concerned with the constituents of judicial rules and its application. The study included an introduction of the origins of jurisprudence rules, judicial system and their application in Pakistani laws. This thesis deals with the juristic rules in the methods of proof. The significance of the juristic rules is no secret to researchers since. It enhances the juristic aptitude of the learner and helps juristic at facilitates the memorization and regulates juristic issues. It is my best try in this research to comprehensive juristic rules in proof method and endeavor to classify and list those juristic rules which are concerned to the Pakistani judicial system and laws. The researcher has applied the juristic rules in the branches of judicial system in the narrative method like judge, claim, claimant, defendant witness, etc. Those rules which are concerned to the judicial system, their knowledge is essential for the judges as for the mujtahid and mufti. The researcher points out the most significant jurisprudence rules concerned with the issue of judgment which the judge must know and its considerable effect in helping the judge to reach the right he is after. This dissertation addresses the judicial jurisprudence rules concerned with the constitute of Pakistan and their application in the Pakistani judicial systems. This dissertation is a comparative adjudicative study aims at addressing the adjudicative rules concerned with the constituents of the adjudicative rule and the extent to which these rules can be applied in the Pakistani laws. The study included an introduction, scholarly article and a conclusion which includes the findings the recommendations and references.
